Ralph Pallarino is an amazing young chef. He's never set foot in a culinary school in his life. Nor has he had to. Like Tommy, The Who's "Pinball Wizard," he's got a natural touch that some chefs would die for. Plus the looks, quick wit and charisma that would play well on TV. (More on that later.)
